Minimum Qualifications Possession of (or eligible for) licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Vermont OR eligible to practice in the state of Vermont via a multi-state license. OR In the final semester of an accredited school of nursing program. (Graduation from the program must occur prior to hire and continued employment will be contingent on the employee passing the Nursing Licensure Exam (NCLEX). Special Requirements Overtime work is required to maintain minimum staffing levels and for unannounced regulatory inspections and is considered a condition of employment.
