About the Unit: The Cardiac Progressive Care Unit at Mount Carmel East currently has 28 beds. Position Purpose The Nurse Navigator is accountable for coordination of care and educational support to patients. This nurse also assists the department’s leadership in coordination and conducting specific programs that support clinical excellence.
