This full-time position offers Monday through Friday, day shift hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) with no weekends, holidays, or call requirements, providing an excellent opportunity to impact patient care in a specialized field. Position Overview: RN Navigator will coordinate the care needs of patients within the Medical Molecular Genetics service line, developing comprehensive plans to manage care delivery across the continuum. The role involves partnering with patients and their primary physicians to develop individualized care plans, ensuring timely and appropriate testing, treatments, and support services. The RN Navigator will collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, advocating for patients and balancing clinical needs with financial considerations to optimize care efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate care for patients in the Medical Molecular Genetics program, ensuring seamless delivery of genetic testing and related services.
