Administers medication and/or treatment to residents Communicates resident pertinent data to the appropriate responsible party. Supervises and coordinates certified nursing aides in providing direct resident care in accordance with State and Federal guidelines. Puts resident service first: Ensures that residents and responsible parties receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere, which recognizes the individuals’ needs and rights. The ability to be a flexible, caring, supportive team member Qualifications: LPN issued in the state of Pennsylvania CPR Certification Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
