This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. This patient has the following schedule openings: 7 hour shifts daily, early to mid afternoon start time. Monday - Sunday. You’ll get to advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to provide them with the care that they need. This role will collaborate with CNA’s, HHA’s, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians.
