Notifies CE of successes of the orientee (not just of delays/problems) to ensure accountability of the leadership team to the overall progress of the orientation, strengths, and opportunities for growth. Completes orientees evaluation form on completion of orientation, includes any other required regulatory documentation of orientee competency such as verification of competency to administer blood/products, competency to operate the defibrillator, and all competency statements related to job essential functions of an independently functioning clinical nurse.
