Qualifications for Wellness Director (RN): A graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current PA nursing license (RN) in good standing Four (4) or more years of Senior Living/Assisted Living/Long-term/Skilled Care experience in a supervisory capacity is required Responsible for all areas of the Resident Care Department (compliance, planning, assessments, directing, budget, staffing, hands-on care etc.) in accordance with current state and company regulations, policies and procedures. Assure that the care needs of all Residents are met and maintained according to physician orders, state regulations and company standards. Provide ongoing leadership to team members and ensures that staffing levels and shift schedules are operating at the highest levels. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Trade School Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant Program or current Nursing student with satisfactory completion of at least one clinical rotation Required Experience 1 year experience in a Nursing Assistant role Preferred Licenses Basic Life Support Required
