The Day Center CNA ( Certified Nurse Assistant) works at our Adult Day Health Center assisting participants with ADLs (activities of daily living) and providing both restorative and supportive care. The role serves both self-referred patients and those referred by Axia OB/GYN providers, providing focused evaluation, treatment, education, and follow-up. This position complements care provided in Axia’s in-person practices by serving as a specialty resource for patients requiring additional expertise or focused management, while maintaining communication with the referring provider and supporting continuity of care with the patient’s established OB/GYN as the primary coordinator of their overall gynecologic and menopause care. Specialty Menopause Care Provide comprehensive virtual evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, education, and follow-up for patients experiencing menopause-related symptoms and concerns.
