Responsibilities for Clinical Nurse Manager: Assume responsibility and accountability for resident care on the assigned unit, ensuring safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing practices. Oversee and coordinate resident care to promote the highest possible level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning for all residents on the unit. Monitor clinical conditions and ensure timely, accurate reporting of incidents, with appropriate follow-up and communication to the Administrator and Director of Nursing. Actively participate in committees, programs, and initiatives as directed by the Director of Nursing to support quality improvement and clinical excellence. Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of new policies and procedures based on identified clinical and operational needs. Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, fostering teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment grounded in resident-centered care. Participate in on-call and holiday rotation schedules as required to ensure continuous clinical support and coverage. Qualifications for Clinical Nurse Manager: Must possess a current, active, and unencumbered LPN or RN license in the state of employment. A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required. At least two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience in a long-term care or subacute healthcare facility is required. Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff effectively. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Position Summary : The purpose of this position is to render professional nursing care to residents; to follow facility policies and procedures to implement treatment orders; to assess resident treatment needs and take appropriate action; and to maintain residents’ medical records. Experience and Education : Current and valid New Jersey L.P.N. License with no present or prior restrictions and/or suspensions, and have not had any other professional license suspension and/or been revoked from practice. A minimum of one (1) years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics. 
Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care needed by Wound Care and hyperbaric patients. Maintains knowledge about principles, theories, current best practices and techniques for wound nursing care. He/She will collaborate with patient, patient family, significant others, professional peers and other members of the health care team to individualize and provide quality care. Wound Care Certified (WCC) or Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing (WOCN) certification required within 2 years from date of hire Education Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required Experience Licenses PA Registered Nurse License Required Basic Life Support Required Wound Care Certified Required or Wound Ostomy Cont Cert Bd Required Advanced Cardiac Life Support Preferred Multi State Compact RN License Required Or
