Participate in leadership meetings and assist with facility-wide quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Current and unrestricted Pennsylvania RN license . Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience , preferably in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. Previous nursing management or leadership experience required. Strong knowledge of CMS and Pennsylvania Department of Health regulations . Excellent clinical assessment, organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and develop nursing staff. Knowledge of infection prevention, quality assurance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Experience with electronic medical records. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Commitment to maintaining high standards of resident care and quality of life. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, or Nurse Manager in a SNF. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
