Position Summary: Vitae Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. The NP will assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes and quality of life. How We Work Galileo is a 24/7 medical group utilizing asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video to provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care. We work in 4-hour shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight on weekdays and weekends) and require a minimum of 14 hours a week (alternating 12 and 16 hour weeks). At 24+ hours you will be considered full-time and benefits eligible. Providers are required to work at least two 4 hour shifts each weekend, in addition to their weekday hours. We are currently looking for NPs with active licensure in Texas. We have several roles available for evening and weekends coverage. Evening shifts begin at 6pm ET.
