Description The Nurse Manager (NM) is responsible for the management of nursing practice and operations on a designated unit/service setting such as inpatient, procedural, emergency department or ambulatory care. Monitors staffing trends and workforce metrics, validating and implementing data-driven recommendations to support informed staffing decisions and continuous workforce improvement. 8. Works collaboratively with physician dyads and all members of the healthcare team to promote patient care and regulatory standards. 9. Prioritizes recruitment and retention strategies in accordance with system and local hospital retention goals. 10.
