OVERVIEW The nurse provides safe, organized care by assessing patients, giving medications and treatments, creating care plans, and keeping accurate records. The Case Manager in this role will help support the growth of our pediatric population and play an integral role in the development of a Pediatric Palliative Care and Hospice Program. As we work to expand our pediatric footprint, this position requires flexibility to provide care throughout our full service area to care for both pediatric and adult patients.
