Informs the physician and other personnel of changes in the patient's condition and needs. Documents and submits the assessment, progress and discharge notes and other required paperwork in a timely fashion as required by the agency. Manages medical illness; performs psycho ‐ biological interventions. Evaluates medicines to identify possible ineffective drug therapy, adverse reactions, significant effects, drug allergies, side effects and contraindications.
