Overview What is great about this unit? This unit’s leader is innovative and brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge. She is able to put a fresh perspective on things and be a positive change agent. She started her healthcare career in a secretary position and transitioned to a nurse. Through hard work and dedication, she has become an amazing nurse leader. She is able to understand each role that her team members are in and has an understanding of each of the hardships that come with them.
