Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements: Education per RN licensure requirements. BSN preferred. Rehab work experience preferred. Current RN State License or compact. BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider course according to RQI program guidelines must be completed during new hire orientation prior to working in a clinical setting. ACLS preferred. Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing (CRRN) preferred. Must be able to identify and competently address needs of populations served. Must have strong communication and time management skills. Maintains patient rehabilitation transfer limitations (total hip precautions, weight bearing limitations, etc.) Able to correctly apply orthotics and CPM machines as instructed by therapy.
