Perform appropriate treatments and administrations of medication accurately per order, policy, and timely. Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and deliver of care with appropriate age and cultural competence as established by individualized needs/plan of care for the patient and family. Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to the provider and other staff during SBAR report.
