Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; relevant experience may be considered Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program Basic Life Support (AHA) required; additional life support certifications may be required based on unit specialty Clinical specialty certification preferred 5–7 years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating progressive responsibility and leadership capability
