Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation for all patient interactions. Provide patient education and counseling to promote wellness and compliance with treatment regimens. Coordinate immediate testing services through our extensive network of over 10,000 screening sites nationally. Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice. Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a recognized certifying body. Demonstrated experience in psychiatric medication management and mental health assessment. Strong clinical skills in conducting physical exams and interpreting diagnostic tests. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team. Capability to manage multiple patient cases simultaneously while maintaining high standards of care. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical documentation practices. Ability to provide care compliant with relevant local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.
