development of newer nursing staff • Help ensure consistent clinical practices across multiple programs What You Bring: Licensure • Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing required • Current CPR certification required Experience • Two to three years of nursing experience preferred • Experience in residential, community-based, developmental disability, behavioral health, or human service settings strongly preferred • Experience supporting individuals with complex medical, developmental, or behavioral health needs preferred • Experience with medication administration systems and MAP requirements preferred Skills & Qualifications • Strong clinical assessment and nursing judgment skills • Ability to respond effectively in urgent and changing situations • Strong medication management and clinical documentation abilities • Knowledge of MAP regulations, DPH requirements, and community healthcare practices • Ability to
