Position Summary The Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) will provide high-quality outpatient pulmonary care, supporting physicians in the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and longitudinal management of patients with acute and chronic pulmonary conditions. This role offers the opportunity to practice independently with physician collaboration while contributing to a growing pulmonary practice focused on patient-centered care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up visits in the outpatient setting.
