Our National After-Hours Call Team plays a vital role by providing compassionate telephonic care and clinical direction during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays—ensuring that residents receive timely, high-quality support without unnecessary transfers. In this work-from-home role, you’ll deliver after-hours care virtually (primarily by phone) to aging residents across multiple states. This position offers both autonomy and purpose—you’ll be the trusted voice and clinical partner helping residents and facility staff during critical times, making an immediate impact in the lives of older adults. Provider must be comfortable managing high call volumes and performing at least 30% telehealth visits, including evaluation of acute changes, falls, and controlled substance visits. Providers must be able to manage multiple calls independently while providing care across several states. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Serve as the first line of support for residents and facility staff after-hours, providing direction and medical care over the phone. Use Curana’s telephonic platform to take and place calls, coordinating care between facilities, hospitals, and clinics. Deliver high-quality, cost-effective care to patients—addressing acute, chronic, and behavioral health needs in collaboration with physicians and specialty providers. Perform comprehensive assessments and document encounters accurately and thoroughly in the EMR, ensuring compliance with CMS requirements. Apply Curana’s clinical protocols and practice guidelines to support safe, effective treatment in place whenever possible. Participate in mandatory education and training to stay current with standards of care. Scheduling & Hours: While shift times can vary, we provide coverage to skilled nursing and senior living facilities on weeknights from 5pm- 8am local time, continuous coverage from Friday at 5pm to Monday at 8am. Holiday coverage is also provided beginning at 5pm of the end of the last business day to 8am of the resumption of business hours. Availability and Coverage expectations for this role Weeknight shifts between 5pm and 8am Every other weekend coverage for 12-hour shifts covering night shifts 6pm-6pm on both Saturday and Sunday Overnight and holidays are required for all After Hours Call Team Members, 2 holidays required per year. Holiday scheduling is completed at the beginning of the year for advanced planning Qualifications Education and Experience: Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner Active licensure in North Carolina and South Carolina required. Additional active licenses in Florida and Georgia are strongly preferred. Candidates must be able be willing to obtain additional state licenses as needed within a 30-day timeframe. Analyze and interpret data to determine treatment recommendations and priorities. Screen for nutrition deficiencies and make interventions or refer for a nutrition consultation as appropriate. Screen for pain and understands treatment strategies for pain including pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic approaches. Strategies should reflect an individualized approach based on the individual’s current presentation, medical judgment and the risks and benefits associated with strategies, including potential risk of dependency, addiction, and abuse. What you’ll do: Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including: Neurotoxin injections (tox) Microneedling Chemical peels Skincare + at-home facial experiences Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records Manage supplies responsibly Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book Who we’re looking for: Required: Active Illinois APRN license (full practice authority preferred) Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.) Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety Preferred: Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you) Training & support This role is designed for injectors who already have experience, so training is focused on Pinch protocols, quality standards, and expanding services (peels, microneedling, skincare). AdventHealth for Children Pediatric ENT seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their new Pediatric ENT program. General Summary: The NP or PA assists the assigned staff attending in all aspects of patient care. This position involves practice in the clinical setting, including inpatient, ambulatory/outpatient, and pre-operative and post-operative care. The practice will involve care and management of patients requiring or consultation for ENT-related diagnoses. Care will include performing clinic assessments, admission, history and physicals, daily plan of care, and some minor procedures. Practitioner will manage the inpatient course in collaboration with the attending. Practitioner will coordinate referrals and follow up on consults to other providers and clinic staff. Practitioner will provide emergency room and hospital consultations. Practitioners will provide care to ambulatory/ patients when needed in coordination with ambulatory nursing staff.
