Team consists of our full-time neonatologists, nurse practitioners, residents, APP and physician fellows, nurses, respiratory therapists, and consultants from multiple specialties deliver the most advanced care to premature and high-risk infants. Management of premature and high-risk infants including bedside invasive and non-invasive monitoring, conventional and high-frequency ventilation, and surgery in multiple specialties, including cardiac and neurology. You'll build relationships with patients who come back because of you, not just the brand. Day-to-day: performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments; conducting consultations; designing individualized treatment plans; documenting accurately; and partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor. You'll work with a custom EMR built for LaserAway — fully digital and designed to simplify charting so you stay focused on patients, not paperwork. Who Thrives Here TRACK A - CLINICAL BACKGROUND Current NP license (state-issued) 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg) Eager to build aesthetics skills — full training provided TRACK B - AESTHETICS BACKGROUND Current NP license (state-issued) 2+ years in aesthetics practice Looking for structure, volume, and a growth path Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered Weekend availability required (full weekends; this is a fixed schedule role) Comfortable in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15-25 patients per day. Schedule & Coverage Fixed schedule — same days each week, no overnights Full weekends are part of this role; evenings may apply depending on clinic hours Work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30 mile radius.
