This person must demonstrate the ability to work with patients and their families and various caregivers in different settings. This person must have thorough knowledge of community resources and be capable of making appropriate referrals. This position may require travel to other sites within the health system to conduct in-person patient assessments when virtual evaluation is not feasible due to the nature of the assessment or technical limitations. Experience Three years of experience in applying behavioral health / chemical dependency clinical care and recovery services to psychiatric and/or chemical dependency setting required. 12-step expertise preferred. License(s) Ability to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Registered Nurse license.
