Unit: The Transitional Care Center (TCC) cares for a complex, high-acuity patient population. Patients on this unit require high ventilatory/respiratory support (trach/vents; CPAP/BiPAP) while also having other complex medical needs, resulting in interdisciplinary care team approach to their care.
