The Home Health Clinical Nurse Supervisor` is involved in assisting managers in attracting, developing, maintaining, and retaining qualified staff members. This position collaborates with Bronson At Home Quality and Safety Manager in conjunction with QA and PI efforts. The Home Health Clinical Nurse Supervisor is responsible to evaluate and oversee clinical staff. They act as a role model, coach and mentor to staff, as well as a resource and contact person to staff and to others within and outside of the organization. The Home Health Clinical Nurse Supervisor ensures that all department standards are maintained as well as encourages a team environment and maintains positive customer service.
