We are a medical unit that cares for patients with a variety of medical diagnosis, including renal disease, diabetes management, wound management, pain management, and vascular access issues; supporting patients varying from young adult to the geriatric age group. This unit is the designated unit for providing all Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD) for Methodist Hospital. This unit also embodies an additional unit, B5, a 5-bed End of life care unit that is dedicated to the care of patients at the end of life, including both palliative and hospice care. Shift: Part Time - Weekends Only / Days This position currently qualifies for a NEW hourly wage differential in addition to standard shift and holiday differentials. Overview Our Medical Intensive Care Unit-3 (MICU-3) is a 16-bed unit.
