Location: Moody Outpatient Center 5th Floor Primary Purpose The RN is a licensed professional who uses the Parkland nursing professional practice model to coordinate patient care delivery by the health care team. Using the nursing process, the RN assesses the patient, identifies nursing diagnoses based on responses to health problems, develops and implements an individualized plan of care, and evaluates the patient's response. Nursing Facilities Nurse Surveyor – Starting Market Rate Salary $89,690.71 As part of a collaborative team of public servants, a nurse III protects residents’ health and safety by conducting on-site inspections and investigations in Texas long-term care settings (nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and day activities health services) to assess their compliance with state and federal laws and rules.
