Responsibilities Psychiatric Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Opportunity Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital provides inpatient treatment services to adolescents and adults at our 86-bed facility in Panama City, FL and outpatient services to adolescents and adults at our four outpatient centers located throughout the Florida Panhandle. May initiate or rescind involuntary admissions within the framework of established supervisory protocol and the Baker Act. Provides quality assurance review through monitoring accuracy and comprehensiveness of patient records. Evaluates hospital records, other psychiatric reports and related data. May assess patients and order restraint/seclusion as outlined in policy and consistent with state and federal law. Provides preventative health care services to long-term patients and provides consultations and referrals for psychiatric evaluations. Provides Outpatient Clinic coverage and Emergency Room Consultation and Med/Surg Inpatient Hospital Consultation Services as directed.
