Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests, including laboratory studies, imaging, vascular assessments, and cultures. Prescribe medications, wound care treatments, and durable medical equipment as appropriate. Participate in clinic quality improvement initiatives and contribute to documentation accuracy, workflow efficiency, and best practice implementation. Qualifications: Licensed to provide either advanced practice nursing services in the State of Illinois as issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in accordance with the Illinois Nurse Practice Act OR physician assistant services as issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in accordance with the Illinois Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987. Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and State of Illinois for prescribing of narcotics.
