What You’ll Do As a Clinic Director , you’ll serve as both a clinical leader and practicing provider , guiding your team to deliver exceptional patient care while managing clinic operations, compliance, and growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of clinic operations — patient volume, staffing, training, compliance, and financial performance. Conduct new patient consultations, review medical histories, and perform physical assessments. Order, review, and interpret lab work and diagnostic results to develop individualized treatment plans. Prescribe, monitor, and adjust HRT and related medications. Oversee wellness services, including IV therapy, vitamin injections, and medical weight management (including GLP-1 medications). Provide concierge medicine services such as pap smears, birth control management, blood pressure management, preventive screenings, lab work, and common illness management. Review and sign off on patient charts, lab results, and documentation in the EMR. Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards. The Cardiothoracic Surgery Advanced Health Practitioner position has clinical, procedural, administrative, and educational responsibilities in the care of adult patients requiring cardiac and thoracic surgery. The CT surgery service provides advanced surgical treatments, including coronary artery bypass grafting, aortic and mitral valve replacement, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, and heart transplantation. Our CT surgery APPs manage patients collaboratively with CT Surgery Fellows and Physicians, perform bedside procedures, and assist in the operating room. The CT Surgery APP assists in the development of practice protocols, evaluation of quality of care, and education of patients, families, and other health care practitioners. Responsibilities 90% Inpatient - Direct Patient Care (may include some or all of the responsibilities listed) 1.1.Independently (independent APP encounter) or collaboratively (shared physician and APP encounter) evaluates and manages patients.
