The program provides specialized care and support for individuals with complex behavioral health and skilled nursing needs. As Director of Nursing, you will lead nursing operations within this inpatient setting and play a key role in clinical quality, regulatory compliance, staff development, and the delivery of safe, effective care. Shifts Available: This role requires you to work onsite in Paramount, CA Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday; days and hours could vary as this is an inpatient program.
