Lastly, the Supervisor is responsible for performance and outcome measures, as well as strategic, business, and organizational goals/objectives. Minimum Requirements A bachelor’s degree in nursing, coupled with a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience, is required. Master’s degree in health services, business administration, or management preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience providing patient care in an outpatient/inpatient setting, with preferred experience in staff supervision A current, valid license as a registered nurse through the California Board of Registered Nursing is required. Experience with audits and health care inspections, preferred. Prior experience with an Electronic Health/Medical (EHR/EMR) system is preferred. A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines. Bilingual English/Spanish/Chinese, preferred, depending upon the site.
