Job Description The Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) at Inova Fairfax Medical is hiring an experienced CVOR RN! We are seeking a Registered Nurse with at least two years of specialized CVOR experience to join our team. Our program has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as “High Performing” in heart bypass surgery, aortic valve surgery, and transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR).
