People Leadership: The Nurse Manager improves employee engagement through collaboration. Routinely reviews reports provided by Human Resources, such as employee satisfaction results, turnover, exit interviews, and other metrics related to employee engagement. The Nurse Manager recognizes team members for great performance. Contributes to the retention of staff by providing supportive and mentoring relationships.
