SUMMARY Coordinates total nursing care for patients using nursing standards and the nursing process; perform professional nursing care, resolve patient care problems and interact with patients, families, ICU staff, and other departments as warranted. Current PA License and BLS/PALS/ACLS/Trauma/CPI/critical Care course. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment. Must be able to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment and take appropriate actions. Must obtain NIH stroke certification prior to the completion of orientation in the position.
