Update and revise these documents to reflect changes in consumer status. -Supervises AMAP administration of prescribed medication and routine treatments in accordance with federal and state regulations and agency policy. Administers STAT medication and treatments as prescribed. Participates in in-services and trains AMAPs as needed. Completed AMAP certification, recertification and decertification processes as necessary. -Perform other duties as assigned. Experience in Intake or an admission team of PACE is highly desirable, including completion of UAS-NY Assessments. Proficient with DOH UAS assessment instrument.
