Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' health status, vitals, and readiness for exercise Developing Care Plans: Collaborate with cardiologists and exercise physiologists to create individualized rehabilitation plans Supervising Exercise Sessions: Monitor patients during physical activity, ensuring safety and appropriate intensity levels Education & Counseling: Teach patients about heart-healthy living, medication management, nutrition, smoking cessation, and stress reduction Monitoring Progress: Track patient outcomes and adjust care plans based on response to therapy Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to cardiac emergencies during exercise sessions Qualifications Education and Work Experience Current and valid state RN License.
