A new Registered Nurse in this unit will have an hourly base rate starting at $33.34. An experienced Registered Nurse can expect an hourly base rate in the top 25% of nurses in the region. Job Requirements POSITION SUMMARY The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct and in-direct patient care by adhering to the nursing process in a collaborative environment, promoting optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based practice, care coordination, and patient and family engagement. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES Provides safe and effective nursing care based on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs across the care continuum. Work Experience MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN) or Nursing Diploma.
