Total patient care is utilized as 6Cs nursing care delivery system. Types of patients treated on 6C include pulmonary patients present with compromise of the cardiopulmonary system. Many of the patient population on 6C are transferred to this unit from the adjacent Critical Care Medicine Unit. Establish a system for measuring adherence to these critical systems. Enhance Quality of Life: Define standards and tools for monitoring adherence to dementia care protocols. Provide crucial support to Social Services in areas such as event management, grievance response, guardianship, and advance directives. Collaborate with Activities teams to implement innovative service approaches and ensure regulatory compliance. Champion Infection Control: Provide expert guidance on infection control protocols, responding effectively to new regulatory requirements and assisting in the revision of company clinical standards based on industry best practices and research. Lead with Impact: Provide clinical leadership and support to multiple skilled nursing facilities, driving consistent application of best practices and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications What you will bring: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred. Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in the Long-Term Care & Rehab industry.
