Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Experience 1 Year as an RN Responsibilities Essential Functions Assesses patient’s needs and develops/revises an individualized plan of care based on patient needs and responses.
