JOB PURPOSE: The Clinical Operations Education Supervisor is integral in planning, managing, and overseeing the operations of clinical education within El Rio Health. This position is responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring clinical education, including onboarding and ongoing professional development projects to accomplish goals for clinical and operational training in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The Clinical Operations Education Supervisor focuses on collaboration with and inclusion of subject matter experts to develop and implement onboarding and ongoing professional development to include an annual education plan and competency development. The Educator conducts proactive outreach, coordinates referrals, and navigates patients to appropriate resources to support health improvement efforts.
