Salary Range: $32.50 to $51.00 (based on years of experience) General Medical & Surigcal Unit (5WT): General Medical & Surgical is a 32 bed unit that provides care to patients with: Sepsis, Renal Failure, Pneumonia, Traumatic Brain Injury, UTI, COPD, Diabetes Cellulitis, Pre & Post Surgical, End of Life Care. Medical Renal/Wound Care/Diabetes Unit (7WT): Focus on patients with a primary diabetes, renal, or wound care related diagnosis. Specializing in complex wound care, peritoneal dialysis, and the management of medically stable Diabetic Ketoacidosis and Hyperglycemic Hyperosmolar Non-Ketotic Syndrome and intravenous insulin drips. Medical 1 (10WT): Medical 1 is a 32 bed inpatient/observation unit, serving the adult patients that are acutely ill or injured. The unit cares for patients who primarily require general medical care and treatments. The continuum of care extends from the time of admission to preparing the patient for discharge to home, extended care facility, to home with home health care, to post discharge follow-up and, in-house hospice with care directed toward “comfort measures” and end of life.
