The successful candidate’s primary site of practice will be UWMC-Northwest Gamma Knife Center, but may be asked to shift work to other UW/FHCC Radiation Oncology sites of practice if the clinical need arises. The selected candidate will be proposed for appointment to the full-time faculty as a Teaching Associate at the University of Washington with an anticipated start date of July 2026 or earlier. Teaching Associates hold annual appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30) and may be reappointed to subsequent annual terms. Faculty with 12-month service periods are paid for 11 months of service over a 12-month period (July-June), meaning the equivalent of one month is available for paid time off. The Radiation Oncology APP is a certified advanced practice provider whose integrated role encompasses both clinical care and education. Qualifications: Physician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification. Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license. Requirements: Valid, unrestricted medical and DEA licenses. Ability to treat patients of all ages. DOT Certification: Must be obtained prior to your start date. Hourly Base Rate: $59.25 - $82.00 Productivity Bonus: Up to an additional 28% Part Time Salary (minimum 2 shifts per week): $61,620 - $85,280 base (at 2 shifts per week) $67,166 - $92,955 with productivity bonus (at 2 shifts per week) Full Time Salary (minimum 3 shifts per week): $92,430 - $127,920 base (at 3 shifts per week) $109,067 - $150,946 with productivity bonus (at 3 shifts per week) Compensation offers include an hourly rate, a wRVU bonus plan, a weekend differential, and a balance of factors such as level of education, experience, work history, and geographic location.
