Job Description A Career Float RN II (CF II), is a competent clinician who provides nursing care in a skilled and effective manner. Utilizing appropriate decision-making skills exhibits competence in the technical, interpersonal, and cognitive skills required to independently and safely manage routine patient assignments. The Career Float II establishes a plan of care, sets goals, determines priorities, and provides care within established standards of practice. The scope of responsibility, duties and accountability at the facility department and position levels including knowledge and practice of the clinical/technical skills necessary to the position consistent with the Nurse Practice Act.
