The Staff Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, delegating and evaluating the nursing care of patients in alignment with the professional practice model. Minimum Education Required 2-Year College Degree required, BSN preferred. Required Qualifications Degree in Nursing from a CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) accredited nursing program required. Current Ohio license or interim permit. *Experience in relevant care setting preferred. Additional Information: The Transplant team cares for Solid Organ Transplant patients across all levels of care: Acute Care, Progressive Care, and Critical Care, in one of the largest inpatient units in the Medical Center. The Transplant unit is 60 total beds. The Transplant unit is also home to a biopsy suite for kidney transplant patients. This unit presents a unique opportunity for nurses to advance and broaden their experience within the same unit and team!
