In this role, you will: Administer medications and treatments. Follow doctor’s orders and individual medication awareness programs; assess possible side effects; complete documentation; verify the narcotics count. Provide routine medical care and respond to medical emergencies during scheduled hours Follow protocols to notify residential programs, guardians, Willow Tree Management team, Day Hab Director or Health Care Coordinator Assist with daily living and personal care activities as necessary to assess medical needs or ensure the safety of individuals Document daily notes regarding any treatment or assessment done within the day. Document attendance and follow up on individuals that are absent Consult daily with Supervisory staff in regard to specific directions for individual care.
