Description The Clinical Program Manager, RN is responsible for using the evidence, technology, and internal and external constituent feedback, to evaluate, plan, develop, operationalize future department and organizational needs, and evaluate a wide variety of clinical and department activities, programs, and initiatives. This role will lead and serve as an expert resource, while working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders from the system, divisions, regions, hospitals, clinical departments, and external colleagues, to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of each component of the STOC's program.
