About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide face-to-face patient visits and clinical oversight throughout our North Jersey service area. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered hospice care while supporting compliance with regulatory requirements and collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team. Advanced Practice Nurse – Care Coordination

Facilitates the writing of DME (Durable Medical Equipment) orders when needed for patients. Furnish patients with appropriate prescription to obtain needed equipment. Facilitates the writing of level of care orders. When an account does not meet the level of care that the patient was admitted for and with collaboration with the attending physician enter the level of care order in the medical record. With collaboration of the attending physician, writes antibiotic and/or oxygen orders needed for post discharge. Performs peer to peer appeals on post acute denials. Acts as back up for the Physician Advisor handling peer to peer appeals and written appeals when necessary. Performs secondary clinical assessment and documentation to support inpatient admissions as well as to support subacute, long term care(trach weaning necessity/settings) post discharge. Assists denials staff with open communication and feedback to medical staff in regards to denials due to level of care and insufficient documentation. Supports care coordinators to provide real time feedback to providers for improved documentation that will defend the length of stay. Works collaboratively with care coordination manager in process improvement in regards to length of stay, denials and readmissions. What you’ll do: Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including: Neurotoxin injections (tox) Microneedling Chemical peels Skincare + at-home facial experiences Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records Manage supplies responsibly Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book Who we’re looking for: Required: Active Washington State APRN license Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.) Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety Preferred: Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you) Training & support This role is designed for injectors who already have experience, so training is focused on Pinch protocols, quality standards, and expanding services (peels, microneedling, skincare).
