Ideal Qualifications: Valid RN license in Pennsylvania Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pediatric nursing, preferably within a school or similar setting Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred Strong assessment, triage, and communication skills Ability to work independently, responding resourcefully to a variety of student medical and emotional needs Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care, medication administration, and emergency response to students Monitor and document student health conditions with accuracy and confidentiality Serve as a key medical resource for evening activities and school events Work closely with other nursing staff to ensure seamless transition between shifts Advocate for students’ health and well-being in coordination with educators and families This role provides the fulfillment of working with a unique student population alongside a caring, interdisciplinary team.
